What happens next

   Parents call or submit a request form

   Parents, attorneys, and referring agencies may contact us by phone or submit a request through this website.

   Intake interview is conducted with both parents

   Each case begins with an intake interview to review court orders, explain expectations, and determine whether services are an appropriate fit before visits or exchanges begin.

   Monitor determines if services are appropriate

   Submitting a request does not guarantee services, and all cases are reviewed to determine suitability.

4. 4

   If approved, services begin per court order

   Scheduling follows the court order, minute order or stipulation, including the hours, frequency and duration of visits.
