Our Services
We provide professional supervised child visitation and exchange services in compliance with California Rules of Court 5.20. All services are neutral, child focused, and structured to promote safety and consistency. Each case begins with an intake interview to review court orders, explain expectations, and determine whether services are an appropriate fit before visits or exchanges begin.
Supervised Child Exchanges
Neutral oversight of child exchanges to support safe, conflict free transitions between parents. Parents do not have contact unless specifically ordered by the court.
Virtual Visitations
Court compliant supervised virtual visits conducted through secure video conferencing. The monitor is present throughout the visit to ensure appropriate, child focused interaction.
Visit Reports
Objective, factual visit reports documenting observations during supervised visits when requested or court ordered. Reports are prepared in accordance with professional standards and court requirements.
How intake works
Parents call or submit a request form
Parents, attorneys, and referring agencies may contact us by phone or submit a request through this website.
Intake interview is conducted with both parents
Each case begins with an intake interview to review court orders, explain expectations, and determine whether services are an appropriate fit before visits or exchanges begin.
Monitor determines if services are appropriate
Submitting a request does not guarantee services, and all cases are reviewed to determine suitability.
If approved, services begin per court order
Scheduling follows the court order, minute order or stipulation, including the hours, frequency and duration of visits.
